Fall Fundraiser Extended

If the end of October sneaked up on you like it did me, you'll be glad to hear that the Fall Fundraiser deadline has been extended. Please return your materials and payments to your child's teacher by Wednesday, November 3.
You've got a few great opportunities to help bring in the much needed funds to continue bringing all of the PTA programs to our Castle Hills Roadrunners.
  1. Take your Otis Spunkmeyer and catalog brochures with you everywhere this weekend! Parties, sporting events, fall festivals, everyplace you go will surely have a cookie lover or two in attendence!
  2. Do you shop online? Check out OneCause (http://resources.onecause.com/images/flyers/shopping/onecause-shopping-supporter-flyer-school.pdf) One parent some of their holiday shopping online last year and your CHE PTA received over $50. That was just one parent! 20 parents might mean an additional $1,000 to our kids with nothing out of your pocket! (You can always get to OneCause by clicking on the banner on www.castlehillspta.com.)
  3. If selling and shopping aren't your cup of tea but you still want to help, greenbacks are ALWAYS welcomed! Visit our online Spiritwear store (http://www.castlehillspta.com/Spiritwear) and add Greenbacks to your shopping cart and update the quantity to reflect the dollar amount of your donation, or simply send your check made payable to CHE PTA via your child's backpack.
Upcoming November PTA Events include:
November 3 - Fall Fundraiser Deadline (return orders to your child's teacher)
November 10 - NE Council PTA Reflections contest entry deadline
November 15 - CHE PTA Executive Board Meeting at 12 pm
November 18 - Thanksgiving Lunch & CHE Gets Healthy Family Health Fair
So many of our parents help in so many ways, I would be remiss if I didn't say "Thank You!" for everything that you already do. Every little bit can have a big impact, so reminders like this help us to keep our eyes and ears open for each little bit.
